Say Hi to Stella

I've been looking for a second hand dressmaker's form for a while now, something to stage my handwovens on for photography. Something that looks like a reasonable facsimile of a person, and at last I found her. 20 bucks. A real bargain, if I say so.

If you look closely you'll see a label demurely positioned above what could be construed as her left boob. It says - Acme Miracle Stretch Dress Form. Bust 30 to 38. Waist 23 to 30. Hips 33 to 41. Size Jr. Clearly, Stella was made to fit ladies of another era.

Soon Stella will be posing draped with chenille. You don't have to be a Size Jr. to wear a scarf, thank goodness.

I'll say you got a bargain with Stella. She's a looker especially with her beautiful beads.
